Whether you are new to the area or have lived here for many years, we are glad you chose to live here. Last year we expanded the Holland East Homeowner’s Association Board members. The board oversees the financials, ensures the pools/pool pavilion are maintained and open, ensures the irrigation system is up and running and the common areas are mowed, maintains the neighborhood signs, and serves as a governing body to ensure covenants are followed. Our efforts benefit everyone not just the Holland East Association paying members.  There are approximately 100 lots in Holland East with approximately 50% as paying association members. The board meets on at least a quarterly basis with all member meetings at least twice a year.
